BEFORE YOU APPLY:
Neighborhood Revival homes are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. Reservation occurs upon signing the lease and collecting security deposits. Contact us via the form on our website before applying to confirm unit availability.
OUR PROCESS

Submit An Application
Review the information below before applying to ensure a smooth application process. Not following our process may cause delays or the unit you want to become unavailable.

Get Approved
We will perform all the necessary screening and review measures needed to approve your application. If we need anything else to get you approved, we will ask for it at this step.

Finalize Move In Details & Lease
After approval, our team will confirm move-in details, send the lease, and you'll need to sign it, pay any charges, and submit the security deposit (or equivalent insurance) to secure the unit.

Move In
Once your lease is signed, our team will send you everything you need to know for your move in and inspect your unit thoroughly to ensure you have a smooth move in experience.
Age: 18+
Each occupant 18+ must complete a separate application (non-refundable fee will apply)
Income
Household gross income must be 2.25 times the monthly rent
Credit
Favorable credit history with no open bankruptcies within the last 7 years - no credit is better than bad credit
Rental History
Evictions within the last 7 years or unpaid rent to prior landlords may result in automatic denial
Background Screening
We screen in accordance with federal and state laws and a criminal history may result in denial
Co-Signer
If income/credit is not sufficient, we may request that you add a co-signer to your application
Valid Photo ID
Unexpired driver's license or other official government-issued photo ID that is valid for identification purposes.
Proof of Income
We may ask for pay stubs, bank statements, and/or other forms of verification covering a two-month period (these will be verified with your employer).
Payment Method
You'll want to have your payment method details on hand so you can submit the application fee and pay any move-in charges when the time comes.
