How we welcome your pets and service animals
Pet Policies
Neighborhood Revival is pet friendly and wants to welcome you and your pets to your next home, but every applicant must complete our pet verification and screening process first, even if you do not own a pet.
We require all pets to be listed on the pet application. Please read the policy carefully, then click the "Verify Household Animals" link to get started.

Our Policies for All Applicants
No Pets or Animals
You are required to submit this application even if you do not currently own any pets or animals. There will be no charge to you for completing this application process.
Household Pets
If you own household pets, you must complete this application process. That could include anything from dogs and cats to various other household pets.
Assistance Animals
This application is a HIPAA compliant and secure way to submit an accommodation request that we will review to ensure it meet's HUD's Fair Housing guidelines.
Pet Screening
The cost of the monthly pet fee and non-refundable pet fee are determined by PetScreening's FIDO Score. The FIDO Score is based on each pet’s breed*, age, weight, vaccination records, and behaviors. Completing all fields on the pet application is highly recommended in order to achieve the highest possible FIDO Score.
*PetScreening’s proprietary algorithm calculates part of the FIDO Score based on general breed characteristics and behaviors as advised by veterinary professionals. Neighborhood Revival cannot advise or predict which breeds will incur higher pet fee and non-refundable deposit without a completed pet application.
Restricted Dog Breeds
At this time, we do not enforce age or weight restrictions. However, we do restrict the following breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers.
Pet Fees
Unless otherwise in the property listing description, pet fees are as follows:

Certified Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals
If you are applying with a certified service animal or emotional support animal, please indicate “reasonable request for an assistance animal” when prompted on the pet application. Pet application fees, pet fee, and non-refundable pet fees are not applicable to certified service animals or emotional support animals.
